Do you suffer from Stress, Anxiety, PMS, or struggle with insomnia?
Well, I found a natural remedy that can help with all of those and a few more!
Magnesium mist.
According to studies, most people are magnesium deficient.
It is estimated that about 80% of people don’t have enough magnesium in their bodies!
The total amount your average adult should intake is between 300Mg to 400 MG of Magnesium Daily.
This is an issue because magnesium is nature’s most effective calming nutrient for the mind and body. And it has TONS of health benefits.
Magnesium is needed for cellular energy production in the body and here are some of the functions magnesium helps support!
A few of the Magnesium Mist Healing benefits:
Reduces stress + Anxiety
Relieves back pain
Relieves PMS symptoms (My favorite reason)

Why Mist and not pill form?
Magnesium mist is a lovely alternative for those who may have a sensitive stomach to magnesium powder or are unable to swallow the large pill that magnesium comes in.
With magnesium mist, you apply topically. This way your body can more efficiently absorb the mineral quickly.
Typically this mist is referred to as “Magnesium Oil Spray”, but there is no oil in the spray.
This mist only consists of two ingredients, Magnesium flakes, and distilled water.
How to use Magnesium Spray
There’s not much to it, you spray it on your skin and absorb the mineral!
There are some sweet spots where you can spray to help your body intake the minerals,
Stomach
Bottoms of feet
Back
Neck
Legs
Under Arms
If you have any cramps you can spray directly on them as well.
Leave the spray on or you can rub it into your skin for quicker absorption.
When is the best time to use Magnesium Mist?
Ideally on clean skin, fresh out of the shower! I use my spray in the morning and before bed.
If I need more throughout the day on PMS weeks, I will use it as needed!
Best spots to spray the mist for Anxiety
There are a few spots that are best to spray your magnesium mist to help soothe anxiety. The hot spots for anxiety are called “Pulse Points”
Pulse points include the areas behind your ears, neck area, elbow bend & the back of your wrists.
There is no wrong way to apply magnesium spray, these points are just some blood vessels closest to the surface of the skin!
Why am I stinging when I wear magnesium spray?
On occasion when using magnesium mist in your daily routine you may run into the spray causing a slight sting or itching sensation.
Is this bad? Am I having a reaction?
No, Probably not!
Often when your body is low or lacking magnesium, the topical spray may cause a slight sensation.
This sensation is similar to sea salt drying on the skin.
If the sensation becomes overwhelming you can wipe it off after a few minutes, just remember that the longer you leave the mist on – the more your body will absorb transdermally.
If the mixture is too itchy, we don’t want you to be miserable and it has the possibility of deterring you from using this healing mist, add more water to the mixture to dilute the recipe.
If this does not solve the issue and a rash begins to break out on your skin, stop using the remedy all together.
Your body may need a detox if the rash is someplace like your armpits, this can happen if you have used deodorant that may have clogged up your pores and many other reasons.
